The Statewide Injury Prevention Program (SIPP) from Ark Children’s Hospital will be offering a free Injury Prevention 101 class. Injury Prevention 101 is an 8-hour class explaining the importance of injury prevention and how to implement an injury prevention program in your area. This class discusses where to access and how to interpret your regional data, how to partner with your community champions, how to plan an evidence-based injury prevention program and evaluation of your program. This training is for school nurses, community partners and others. CEUs are offered for ARNA, CHES and EMS. - Lunch will be provided |
